NOTIFICATION

 

Sub:              Extension of operation of residuary provisions of Yarn, Fabrics & Made-ups Export Entitlement (Quota) Policies with effect from 1st January 2010.

 

No.1/61/2004-Exports-I (2)-Attention is invited to Notification No.1/61/2004-Exports-I dated 9th November 2004, vide which the Government decided to enforce operation of the residuary provisions of yarn, Fabrics & Made-ups, Export Entitlement (Quota) Policies initially for one year with effect from 1st January 2005 and later on these provisions were extended up to 31st December 2009.

 

2         Now, the Government has decided to extend the operation of the residuary provisions of  Yarn, Fabrics & Made-ups Export Entitlement (Quota) Policies for   a   further period of one year with effect from 1st January 2010.

 

3)         All other terms and conditions of the Notification dated 9th November 2004 mentioned in Para I above will remain unchanged.
