Sub: Inviting participation at 59th Cairo Fashion & Tex fair from 2nd-5th March 2017,
Cairo, Egypt

Dear Member,

The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) proposesto organize India Pavilion in 59th Cairo Fashion & Tex fair from 2nd - 5th March 2017 at Cairo International Convention Center (CICC), Cairo, Egypt.

Pyramids International has been organizing Cairo Fashion and Tex since 1993. The event is held twice a year, in March (Summer/Spring) and October (Winter/Autumn.) It is held under the auspices of Ministry of Industry and Commerce and all the industrial chambers.

Reasons to exhibit in Cairo Fashion &Tex:

 1) Egyptian textile & fashion industry play an extremely central role in the national economy.

2) In addition to the Free Trade Agreements with European Union, COMESA and Arab World, Egypt’s qualifying industrial zone (QIZ) agreement with the United States gives local manufacturers both tariff and quota-free to the US market.

3) Global brands have been introduced to the market, either their stores or manufacturing operations, through the event.

4) Egypt has a strong competitive advantage with its well-known cotton and young, skilled labor force.

5) Egypt’s 15 commercial ports and strategic location allow all the companies to access Asia, Africa and Europe easily.
